Katie is a senior creative currently working at Instagram and Facebook. Over the past seven years she’s worked for top advertising agencies in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta. She spends most of her free time exploring new ways to develop her work and loves a good challenge. Katie will eat mostly anything that you put in front of her especially if it is a sugary substance that will most likely kill her later in life.

Here are some nice things people have said about her.

Katie is one of my favorite creatives I’ve ever worked with. She joined Fitzco as an Art Director a few years ago and quickly worked her way up to ACD. Katie has what every great Art Director needs, a great eye and impeccable visual taste. But Katie is the complete package: she is highly conceptual, works incredibly hard, is great in a team and has amazing poise in front of clients, photographers and Directors. I’d trust her to create, sell and produce any idea - no matter how big. Just recently Katie helped run our Coca-Cola Summer campaign, across all touch points - it doesn’t get much bigger than that. Katie is also one of the very nicest people I know; humble, kind and fun - she’d be an enormous addition to any team. And I know that if you asked anyone in any department in the agency, they’d wholeheartedly agree.

In my six years at Fitzco I’ve had a few resignations, but only three that hurt like hell. Losing Katie hurts like hell, and then some. I’m Katie’s biggest fan and if you have any questions or just wanna join the Katie fan club, please feel free to Inbox me.
— Noel Cottrell // Chief Creative Officer AT FITZCO
Being sad at work: it’s happened before. Usually it comes from losing a client or having a great idea killed. But when Katie left our agency, it was a full on tears festival. That’s because she’s one of the best creative directors, one of the best art directors, one of the best people I’ve ever known. If you’re thinking of hiring Katie, get ready to have someone with a great sense of design. Everything she touches looks perfect, so the only thing you need to say is, “um, yes.” She is profoundly funny with a wonderful weird streak, all served up in a very rational, mature way that’s hard to explain until you meet her. Clients love her. Creatives love her. Account folks love her. We had to shut down the agency for her goodbye celebration because every single person at Fitzco felt the loss, across every department (except accounting - I’m not here to say she’s awesome at timesheets). She is ready and able to run her own accounts, mentor younger teams, sell work on her own, run her own shoots, run important pitches, be the new person you’re not sure how you ever lived without. If you’re considering bringing her on, call me any time: 770-633-8862. (single tear rolls down cheek)
